This package gives expectant parents and parents of newborns the tools they need for sleep success for their little one from day one, and avoid the sleep pitfalls that lead to those notorious sleepless nights all your friends are complaining about.
What's Included:
Preliminary Evaluation
A thorough evaluation that will include a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits (or your sleep goals if expecting) and routines.
Customized Sleep Plan
A personalized written plan that details everything we discussed in the consultation. You can reference the plan while you are making changes to your baby's sleep. Plans will vary depending on whether you are still expecting your little one or if he/she has already arrived.
Dream Factory Resource Guides
A set of sleep tips and guides to help you navigate future transitions and maintain your baby's good sleep habits long-term.
Private Consultation
A 90 Minute - 2 hour consultation for parents, grandparents, and other caregivers. We will discuss gentle strategies to help your newborn learn healthy, independent sleep habits from an early age so you never have to sleep train later. We will review best practices for feeding and sleep schedules, as well as specific strategies to help your newborn naturally develop independent sleep skills. We will address any questions you have about bedtime, night-wakings and naps.
Limited Follow-up Support for Baby's First 12 Weeks of Life
Weekly sleep log monitoring, 4 phone calls, and weekly email support (1 email session per week) until your baby is 12 weeks old.
