This package is specifically designed for babies 12 weeks – 18 months of age. The infant package is perfect for those parents who are tired of waking up in the middle of the night, desire for their baby to sleep independently, want to lengthen naps, or are just trying to get their little ones to sleep in their crib.
What's Included:
Preliminary Evaluation
A thorough evaluation that will include a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines.
Customized Sleep Plan
A personalized written plan that details everything we discussed in the consultation. Your plan will give you step-by-step instructions so you and any other caregivers can reference the plan while you are making changes to your baby's sleep.
Dream Factory Resource Guides
A set of sleep tips and guides to help you navigate future transitions and maintain your baby's good sleep habits long-term.
Private Consultation
A 2-hour consultation where together we will develop a plan to meet your sleep goals, within your comfort level. We will discuss specific comfort strategies and troubleshoot possible problems that may arise in the process. We will cover how to address bedtime, naptime, night-wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with so you have all the knowledge you need to implement your sleep plan.
2 Weeks of Follow-up Support
2 weeks of follow-up support consisting of daily sleep log monitoring, four follow-up telephone calls, and unlimited e-mail and text message support during specified hours.
